For destinations outside the European Union, shipping costs and insurance requirements vary significantly depending on the artwork, destination, and carrier. To ensure accurate pricing and secure delivery, international orders outside the EU are handled individually.

Yes — installment payments are available. Please contact paulapasanenstudio@gmail.com to arrange a payment plan of up to three monthly instalments to suit your budget.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the artwork. Shipping for smaller items is calculated automatically at checkout, while shipping costs for larger pieces will be added separately to the invoice.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your artwork if you change your mind about your purchase. A full refund will be issued provided the artwork is returned in its original condition. Refunds cover the original purchase price of the artwork, excluding the original shipping cost.
